JOB

Merits of job


1. You have a regular pay cheque ,By the end of the month you will get your cheque and you can enjoy.
2. You just have to think in your one area in which you are experienced about for ex. if you are in Marketing Department you just have to think about the sales and marketing not about coding Finances and Management. 
3.You can go to weekends to chill with your friends and loved ones.

Demerits of job


 1. You have a fixed pay, you can not increase your income by your own.
2. you just have to complete work on time and if you don't you have to  work for overtime to complete that task which results to frustration, you will get habitual within some day.  
3. The major Demerit You are working in a Private company, They can kick you out without giving a valid reason.

BUSINESS


If you have dreams and you want to complete it at anyhow condition, then you have to move into the business. By doing business you can help thousands of people from different backgrounds and of different Personality.

Merits of Business


 1. Independence , you are your own boss . No one will fire you.
2.You can write your own pay cheque , You don't have to take a grant from someone.
3.As an owner of a business, You'll be ale to work in the field you really enjoy.

Demerits of Business


 1.You have to take responsibility for everything happening in your business either Management, sales dealing with customers etc.
2.Sometimes you have to deal with the employees in a diplomatic manner, sometimes you have to fire the employ.
3.Financial risk is the major thing you have to fave during your starting of business.
